TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KhTracker AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our aggregate liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to KhTracker at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of KhTracker after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
