Troubleshooting FAQ

Q: Pianoteq does not appear in my DAW.
A: Rescan the VST3 plug-in locations in your DAW and restart the DAW. Make sure the 64-bit VST3 version is installed.

Q: I hear clicks or crackles while playing.
A: Check the CPU/audio load and increase the audio buffer size. Modartt specifically recommends checking the CPU frequency and audio load when overload occurs.

Q: Latency is too high on Windows.
