The vast majority of solo violin libraries exist to do two things: sustains and shorts. But that focus leaves an entire side of the tool almost complete unexplored – the violin as something driven, rhythmic, and in constant motion.
That's the gap Rotor Solo Violin was built for. We were forced in our resident violinist Henry Rankin, threw the book out, and drew influence from the widest possible range of music — creating 160 rhythmic loops. Full of spontaneous moments and unique character. And all of them lock to your DAW's project tempo without losing any of the human timing that makes them feel real.
On top of that, we captured 15 short articles, 15 flourishes to give you the raw material for melodies, textures and translations across the full upper register of the strings. The whole thing was recorded with the same team, equipment and room as Rotor Solo Cello, which means the two sit together in a mix with a naturalness that's impossible to fake.
This is the rhythmic solution for your oral highs.
