New reference for bass

SubCulture — is a new type of plugin for handling bass and more.
It uses advanced pitch tracking technology to generate subharmonics perfectly matched to any monophonic signal, thus avoiding conflicts at subsonic frequencies.
While other bass amplifiers offer static frequency boosts or rudimentary pitch changes, SubCulture is built on a fully adaptive architecture. The entire processing chain adjusts to incoming pitch information to create the cleanest and deepest lows to date.
Mixing with incredible low frequencies
One of the most difficult challenges in professional mixing — is to achieve a full low-frequency sound that will sound good in all speakers. SubCulture simplifies this task with an advanced pitch-adaptive architecture that helps avoid subsonic frequency collisions. The plugin combines three main mechanisms:

• Sub Layer mixes a perfectly tuned subharmonic input layer with frequencies two octaves below or above the original.
• Root Boost — is a pitch-tracking equalizer process that follows the fundamental frequency of the bass to emphasize the key frequency domain of each note.
• Resonance — is a parallel filter network modeled after a classic analog circuit that adds warmth and harmonics, emphasizing the tone pitch being tracked.

  We designed SubCulture to be the only plugin you would need to handle the bass. It includes all the necessary processes to create a saturated low-frequency base from any input source.
  Once you've set up the three bass amplification mechanisms, use analog saturation and compression effects to add harmonics, expressiveness and coherence.
  Finally, go to the mixing section to balance the low-pass distribution and apply high-pass global filtering and monophonic bass conversion.

  Adding layers to any source
  Although SubCulture was developed with an emphasis on subharmonics, it works well across the spectrum. Here are a few other uses:
• Highlight the vocals: customize a clean sub-octave for volume or a fifth for harmony, and with Root Boost and Resonance, accentuate the melody.
• Create monstrous synth and guitar parts: Add three pitch tracking engines from SubCulture in different octaves to dominate the spectrum.
  "highlight the melody in the bassline: your bass may not need more lows, but it does need more melodic accent. Add all the engines to the main note to emphasize the melody of the bass line in a tight mix.
• Self-exciting effects: Add a 5th or 7th note and tune «the top layers» to sound much higher than the base note, — this is an experimental effect that works well on drums and synthesizers.
