Spinshift — is a techno house built on high standards. Clearly drum-based, with a powerful bass and deliberately brought to the fore, it is in a niche where simple details carry maximum weight. It's the kind of sound that doesn't make itself known, but knocks comfortably on the door, making it clear that it's there.
Center of gravity — shock. Dense, energetic and direct, created for real clubs where swing and formation are as important as volume. Just imagine for a second if techno house didn't have that kind of swing! Transients are formed to be abrupt, low frequencies remain focused and assertive, each groove balanced to move forward without creating a feeling of congestion or breathing space for individual percussive sounds. It's locked in, leaving enough poignancy to keep the tension going and watch the smiles as the tracks begin to play.
