Prerequisites & Pre-Installation Checks:
001. If installing multiple SolidWorks versions on the same PC:
- Install the SolidWorks_Flexnet_Server from the latest version's crack folder.
- Install each version and its Toolbox Browser in distinct individual folders (e.g., D:\SolidWorks\v2025 and D:\SolidWorks Data\v2025).
002. Disconnect your computer from the internet or block outbound connections in Windows Defender Firewall.
003. Ensure .NET Framework 3.5 (including 2.0) is enabled:
- Open Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Turn Windows features on or off -> Check ".NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)".
004. Remove older SSQ FlexNet Server instances (if present):
- Run SolidWorks_Flexnet_Server\server_remove.bat as Administrator.
- Once removed, delete the old SolidWorks_Flexnet_Server folder.
Installation & Activation Steps:
Double-click sw2025_network_serials_licensing.reg and confirm adding the keys to the Windows Registry.
Copy the SolidWorks_Flexnet_Server folder directly to your root drive C:\ (so the path is C:\SolidWorks_Flexnet_Server).
Run C:\SolidWorks_Flexnet_Server\server_install.bat as Administrator and wait for the "SolidWorks Flexnet Server" service to successfully install and start.
Launch the main SolidWorks 2025 installation wizard (setup.exe).
If installing SOLIDWORKS PDM Server under Server Components, do not install the SolidNetwork License Manager.
When prompted for the Port@Server license definition, enter: 25734@localhost
If a system check warning appears, click Next to bypass it.
If a warning appears stating "SolidWorks Serial number was not found in activation database", click OK to ignore.
Click Select different package and check Select products not included in this package to customize your components.
If prompted: "The Installation Manager was unable to determine the current description expiration date. Would you like to reactivate your license to update this information?", click No, and then select Yes to "Do you want to do it later?".
Once installation finishes, open Task Manager:
Locate sldworks_fs.exe (if running), right-click, and select End task.
Post-Installation File Adjustments:
Delete netapi32.dll located in C:\Program Files\SOLIDWORKS Corp\SOLIDWORKS\ (if it exists).
Rename StoredProcs.dll located in C:\Program Files\SOLIDWORKS Corp\SOLIDWORKS PDM\ to StoredProcs.dll.bak (if it exists).
Copy all folders from the crack SOLIDWORKS Corp directory and paste/replace them over the original installation directory: C:\Program Files\SOLIDWORKS Corp\
Double-click SolidSQUADLoaderEnabler.reg and confirm the registry merge.
Restart your computer.
Launch SolidWorks 2025.
If the splash screen displays Standard instead of Premium:
Open Help -> SolidNetWork License Manager -> License Order -> Reset -> Apply -> OK, then restart SolidWorks.
