• Native Apple Silicon & Intel Universal Binary: Fully optimized for maximum DSP efficiency on both ARM64 (M-Series) and x86_64 architecture.
• Modular Signal Architecture: Patch audio sources, insert effects, feedback lines, and filters freely without rigid signal limitations.
• Over 170 Wavetables & 10 Playback Modes: Manipulate waveforms via Formant, Bend, Mirror, Jitter, and specialized oscillator engines.
• Deep Performer & Multi-Stage Modulation: Draw complex rhythmic modulation curves and assign expressive macros to automate intricate patches.
• Complete Studio Processing: Integrated analog-modeled filters, high-fidelity stereo distortion, stereo dimension wideners, and rich reverbs.

The Rebirth of a Legendary Synthesizer on macOS
Re-engineered from the foundation up by the original architects of Massive, MASSIVE X represents the cutting edge of contemporary synthesis. Designed for professional composers, electronic music producers, and sound designers, MASSIVE X offers an exceptionally clean, wide-bandwidth audio engine that excels across everything from deep analog-style basslines to evolving cinematic textures and hyper-modern leads.

Its modular routing framework breaks free from traditional channel strips, allowing audio-rate modulation, custom feedback loops, and multi-stage filtering chains to be configured in seconds.

Expressive Performance & Dynamic Motion
With the integration of the Performer module, users can construct complex evolving modulation loops across multiple bars. Combined with flexible assignable macros and full host automation support, MASSIVE X provides seamless integration into modern hybrid studio setups.

Version 1.7.1 (05/03/2026):

• FIXED: Pitch parameter automation previously functioned only in semitones instead of cents.
• FIXED: Pitch parameter automation transitions now execute smoothly.
• FIXED: Parameter scaling discrepancies between GUI display and host DAW automation lanes.

Version 1.7.0 (26/02/2026):

• ADDED: Full parameter exposure for host DAW automation.
• ADDED: Invert X/Y values for morpher pads to match hardware controllers.
• ADDED: Animator Lock feature to retain animator settings when cycling through presets.
• ADDED: Cursor hiding behavior on non-Apple Mac hosts.
• ADDED: Configurable Update Notification toggle in the settings menu.
• IMPROVED: VSync-synchronized UI rendering for ultra-smooth animations.
• FIXED: Macro modulation logic conflicts, focus capture issues during search, and delay hover triggers.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

• Q: Does this run natively on M1/M2/M3/M4 Macs without Rosetta?
A: Yes, this package is built as a Universal 2 binary with native Apple Silicon ARM64 and Intel x86_64 support.
• Q: Why are some discrete parameters (switches/menus) not editable via automation in Logic?
A: As noted in the release documentation, discrete step parameters cannot be MIDI-learned directly in Logic Pro/MainStage, though standard continuous parameters automate fully.
• Q: Does this release function offline?
A: Yes, the plugin operates 100% offline without requiring internet connectivity.
